   Multifunctional center designed as a shopping, office and residential center. The first and second floor are shops. Shops on the second floor are interconnected light bridges - transitions. Office of the complex is located in the middle of the highest object of the complex. Arched Cascade form part of the office with a solid glass forms a visual and functional transition between houses.
Between the four apartment buildings forming the square with a fountain and a cafe. Through the whole complex is a pedestrian road with passages through the highest object. Facade of the complex are designed in accordance with the surrounding objects.
